Vanishing Screens
Vanishing Screens (R) warranty its products to be free from
manufacture and workmanship defects in materials and components
under normal and proper use to 10 Years Limited Warranty. Screen
mesh (excluded),
starting from the date on the Installation. Warranty is valid only
to the original purchaser (homeowner) at the time of installation.
Invoice number, date and name of purchaser must be presented at the
time of arranging for warranty parts replacement.
Vanishing
Screens (R) only obligation shall be to repair or replace defective
parts or components that does conform to the warranty. Vanishing
Screens (R) shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damaged, direct or indirect, arising
out of inability to use, the equipment.
Vanishing
Screens (R) are not liable to repair or replace ripped or torn screens,
materials, natural weathering of exterior finishes, bent or broken
aluminum extrusions, incidental or consequential damages caused by
misuse, negligence or acts of nature including, debris, sand dust,
fire or flood.
Before
using, buyer and/or the ultimate user shall determine the suitability
of the product for its intended use and user assumes all risks and
liability in connection therewith.
The
forgoing may not be changed except by an agreement signed by an authorized
Dealer or representative of Euro.
The materials installed are in good working conditions, without any
visible defects.
Disclaimer
The
foregoing is the complete warranty for Euro
products,
and supersedes all other warranties and representations, whether oral
or written. Except as expressly set forth above, no other warranties
are made with respect to
Euro
products
and Euro expressly disclaims all warranties not stated herein, including, to the
extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability
or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will Euro
be liable to the purchaser, or to any user of the Euro
product, for any damage, expenses, lost of revenues, lost of savings,
lost profits, or any other incidental or consequential damages arising
from the purchase, use or inability to use the Euro
product,
even Euro has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Buyer
acknowledges and understands the contents of this warranty and accepts
the conditions by signing the Dealer installation completion form.
Suggested
Maintenance
1)
Vacuum
bottom track when necessary for a easy retract operation
2)
Clean
Mesh with a soft dust brush, if dust builds up (Do not use water or
soaps)
3) Do not use wire brush or harsh abrasives to clean the aluminum
housing finishes.
4) Do
not remove screen unit system after original installation by the Dealer
5) Clean system throughout
after windstorm (System malfunction caused by Sand not covered
by Warranty)

a)
If,
system is removed from the original location and reinstalled by unauthorized
personal
b)
If,
refuse to make payment of the invoice for a service call, (minimum
charge $75.00 plus parts) when not related to the Warranty
c)
If,
not installed by one of Vanishing Screens authorized installation
teams
d)
If,
any service or repairs was performed by unauthorized personal
